Blueberry Gin Sundaes


The first time I made this for the family,  we managed to consume it in a matter of seconds.  Then proceeded to eat it after dinner the remainder of the week!


1/3 Cup Gin

1 Cup Blueberries

Ice Cream

Heat blueberries and gin in a sauce pan on medium for 5mins, stirring contstantly until the blueberries burst(doesn’t that make your mouth water?)

Dish Ice Cream(Vanilla is a perfect choice but get creative if you like!) and top with amount of topping desired.
