One of the simplest ways to get my kids to eat healthier,  is to hide foods of substance into things they currently enjoy.  Wheat Germ and Flax Seed are two of the easiest to sneak into recipes.   To learn the health benefits of Wheat Germ click here  and for more info on Flax Seed click here.

 Sprinkled on top of Yogurt

Smoothies
