Last Friday, we drove from Northern Utah to Southern Utah. We stayed the night at the Eagle Point Resort(which is about 20 miles above Beaver). Once we were settled in our condo that evening, the boys slipped out to take advantage of the late night sun(sunset 9pm) while I looked for a good movie on cable. I came across Gorky Park. A thriller from the 80’s and set in Russia. A perfect combo in my eyes. Gorky Park starred, William Hurt and an actress, I had completely forgotten about~ Joanna Pacula. Back in the 80’s, she was everywhere and even made People’s Most Beautiful list in 1990. She was mostly cast as the Temptress or Woman of Mystery in films. Though, I couldn’t stay awake long enough to finish the movie, I did enjoy the first half and re discovering this exotic beauty. And now, Gorky Park has officially moved from my “To Watch” list over to my “To Finish” list.
